Many African lakes would be lifeless without hippos. The hippo fertilises the sterile spring water and thus supports a whole community of life around the lakes. Tech & Bed, like the hippo, wants to enrich communities in any way possible.

African legend: “Long ago, the animal would have had beautiful hair. He was so proud of it that he bragged to the hare that he had ugly hair. The hare got angry and set fire to his hair while he was sleeping. Since then, the hippo has been bald and is now so ashamed of his body that he has gone to live underwater.”
